Creator profile information displayed on OnlySeeker is publicly available data aggregated from third-party sources. If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without authorization, please refer to our DMCA Policy.

6. Opt-Out for Creators

If you are a creator and wish to have your profile removed from OnlySeeker, you may request removal by contacting us at support@onlyseeker.io. We will process your removal request within 5 business days.

Please include your OnlyFans username and a link to your profile so we can verify your identity and process the request promptly.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered under the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as provided by applicable EU consumer protection laws.
